Reformer Pilates at its most athletic and intellectually engaging.

This Advanced Reformer class is designed for experienced students who want to push the limits of their practice—physically, mentally, and technically. Every session is a deep exploration of advanced repertoire drawn from both canonical and contemporary Pilates pedagogy. You’ll encounter precise cueing, layered choreography, and high-level transitions that demand focus, control, and a refined understanding of movement mechanics.

This class moves at a deliberate pace, and with complexity, nuance, and intensity. We’ll workshop challenging sequences, revisit canonical material through a contemporary lens, and fine-tune coordination, spinal articulation, breath control, and integrated strength. Expect to be asked not just to perform exercises, but to understand them—why they exist, how they evolved, and what they demand from your body.

This class is not appropriate for those with injuries, balance challenges, or limited mobility.

Grip socks are required in all classes.

  • Slowburn Reformer is a high-intensity, endurance-focused workout that pushes your strength, stamina, and control to the limit. Using the Reformer in slow, time-under-tension movements, you’ll fire up your core, shake through deep muscle engagement, and embrace the sacred burn.

Expect a non-stop, session with exercises like slow lunges, plank variations, core crushers, and pulse-heavy sequences designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and leave you trembling in the best way.

No fluff—just a brutal, effective workout that delivers serious results. Not for the faint of heart.

This is not your typical Pilates class. In fact, it’s not Pilates at all.
