Cait Bower

Cait Bower, NCPT, is a Pilates instructor with more than two decades of experience studying and teaching the Pilates method. Cait brings discipline, creativity, and depth to her work, combining classical repertoire with contemporary innovation.

Comprehensively certified and mentored by pioneering Pilates Master Teacher Ellie Herman in Brooklyn, New York, Cait has a robust educational background in anatomy and biomechanics, dance, and orthopedic corrective exercise. Her perspective has been further shaped by her work with leaders in the field of movement such as Irene Dowd, Kelly Kane, and Eric Franklin. She also holds certifications from the National Pilates Certification Program and the National Association of Sports Medicine, alongside an extensive portfolio of continuing education.

Cait is committed to honoring the legacy of Joseph and Clara Pilates while expanding the method’s reach and relevance for today’s bodies. She teaches with rigor, inclusivity, and vision, inviting her students to build resilience and self-knowledge through practice. Her work uses the Pilates method as a pathway to agency and the revolutionary act of living fully in your body, one vertebra at a time.

Michelle Mola

Michelle Mola is a Kane Certified Pilates Teacher and Juilliard graduate in Dance. She found Pilates to prepare for and recover from multiple abdominal surgeries, developing a deep respect for mindful workouts. She knows how hard it can be to navigate the American health care system.

She is committed to a thread of acceptance—even when there is no cure, there can still be healing. Just because something is cured doesn’t mean you’re healed. This is why a mind–body approach is such a wise way to exercise, helping you stay in action.
